UL VERIFIED HEALTHY BUILDING MARK FOR INDOOR AIR AND WATER

Metropolis collaborated with UL as an early adopter of their new voluntary program for real estate owners who want to demonstrate their commitment to delivering healthy indoor environments through an extensive process of indoor air testing and assessment. The Shops at Liberty Place proudly received the UL Verified Healthy Building for Indoor Air and Water Mark – which was a significant milestone in our BeWell™ Promise.

OUR BeWell™ PROMISE AND WELLNESS

The Shops at Liberty Place and Metropolis continue focusing on health, wellness, and sustainability efforts for the benefit of our valued guests, tenants, and employees. Measures include: increased sanitation of high touchpoint areas with EPA/CDC-approved disinfectants, keeping proper distance between food court tables and chairs, and following any/all Philadelphia health guidelines and mandates that may arise again for Covid-19.
